Online Order Terms and Refund Policy

• A delivery fee applies for every order via BURGER FAIR (via RealTime Mall eCommmerce application)
• Delivery is only available in selected areas. Delivery charge is area specific. Minimum delivery charge is R10.00.
• In order for us to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, there will be periods of equipment maintenance, during which certain food items will not be available.
• Orders are taken until 8:30pm. *varies from store to store*.
• Prices of meals may vary with your choice of refreshment. The price of your meal will be reflected on your order form prior to confirmation.
• Acceptable payments: Debit/Credit Card/ EFT (VISA/MasterCard) for orders via the online platform only.
• Although we will try our best to deliver your food orders within the prescribed timeframe. To help ensure the safety of our Realtime riders, delivery times may be affected due to bad weather and/or traffic conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
• Burger Fair service is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject any order.
• Access to the Burger Fair Site may be suspended temporarily or without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repairs or for any reasons beyond our control. Burger Fair disclaims all liability for any malfunction, suspension or interruption of the Site , including inaccessibility due to network problems. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website, our server and systems are virus-free but cannot guarantee that this is the case. We recommend that you use virus protection software..
• The Web Order Terms, and any disputes arising from the Web Order Terms, shall be governed by South African law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa regarding any such dispute.
• In performing our obligations in this agreement, you may be required to provide us with personal data. We will only use this information to manage how you use the services, meet our obligations under this agreement or any other agreement we have with persons who is licenced or subcontracted to us. We may contact you for customer research purposes, and advise of other products and services that may be of interest to you.
• We may vary the Web Order Terms from time to time. Any use, or continued use of the Site shall be deemed acceptance of these Web Order Terms. These Web Order Terms, together with the Website Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other policies which you may consent to, constitute the entire agreement between Reatime Mall and you with respect to your use of the Site.

Returns

• You have 1 (one) hour to return an item from the date and time you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
