NEWS: decision was made:
Our packaging not suitable for take-away / delivery,
All Online Ordering HALTED for now,
Visit our premises for food served in car park.
Burger Fair had many successful online orders for both delivery and for collection, BUT some customers complained
about the packaging, so Management has decided to first HALT all online orders: until this issue can be addressed.
This might take several weeks/months to resolve, research and package testing is required.
There was also an online order for delivery that took nearly an hour to get delivered, since 90% of the delivery team
had excuses for not being able to help with delivery, causing upset customers,
so Burger Fair is trying to get hold of a larger delivery team before online-for-delivery orders can resume.
Please come back in a few weeks to see if these issues got resolved. Burger Fair recommends you visit their Road House
and PARK and place orders the old fashion way: for eating in your car in the car park. Note: you can still call us
on 021-948-3434 to place your order in advance.
